My Story
My design journey began at Morningside College as a student and morphed into a 34 year career at Morningside University. As the Marketing Services Director, I:

Developed design work for marketing materials, advertising, digital assets, and other related projects.

Served as the art director/designer of the Morningsider magazine.

Reviewed outside materials to ensure identity standards are maintained.

Assisted in managing and maintaining the University’s visual identity, including making updates to the visual identity guide, creating templates, and other services that strengthen the Morningside brand.

Provided a high level of customer service to clients and maintained excellent relationships with vendors.

Produced laser engraved products for the campus bookstore, alumni office and human relations.

Assisted with overseeing and producing campus signage and electronic communication platforms.

Assisted in overseeing photo shoots and/or other visual materials needed to complete marketing pieces.

Managed digital assets and ensures organization of photos, files, and other assets produced

Managed operations of the copy center, including delegation/coordination of workflow, delivery of high-quality products, budget management and approval of purchases and payments.

Oversaw quality control and ensured the highest level of customer service.

Coordinated maintenance/service as required for copy center machines and equipment.

Maintained proper inventory levels/control for copy center and mailroom supplies.

Set pricing of services to assure that all annual costs are allocated.

Taught web design using Dreamweaver in the art department.

Served as an outside evaluator for Brigham Young University.
